Rachel Reeves

Rachel Reeves is Labour's Parliamentary candidate in Leeds West. Before this, Rachel fought Bromley and Chislehurst in the 2005 general election and in the 2006 parliamentary by-election. Previously, Rachel worked for six years as an economist at the Bank of England including a secondment to the British Embassy in Washington DC. Rachel is a school governor at West Leeds High School and Kirkstall Valley Primary School and a trustee of the charity Bramley and Rodley Community Action. She has a Masters Degree in Economics from the LSE and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from New College, Oxford.
